it's rated 16/22, and I've been driving around 85 back and forth to work, although I did have to see what it could do one time !

I'll take 18.2 with the 261 HP

My dad is getting about 23 on his 2014 crew cab. But hes very conservative with his driving.

I don't do conservative, Most mornings I'm running late for work so I have to get on it a little, I had the truck almost a week before I went above 90.

I did notice compared to the Hardbody, I can cruise at 85 at about 2K RPM

Finished dealing with scratches and a couple of tiny rust spots with the usual stuff. Applying clear coat, even on the matching canopy. Should have the Teal Terror looking better by tomorrow night anyway. Good weather in Seattle this week, and winter is around the corner. Might as well do this stuff now before it starts raining.

I dunno. I drive the truck. Everything works. I keep it well oiled and tuned. It's stock, a daily driver with no leaks no problems. The body touch ups were something to do.

Since I sold the 1982 ZX, it's like I have nothing Nissan-related to do. I need to restore another one, or start working on the wife's Pathy. But that damn thing runs fine, too.

I am such a boring driver. I never take my rig above 72 MPH, even when passing. Mostly less than that. Someone send me a rocking chair.

I moved the truck today, and the god awful bucking like a bull returned. So I grabbed a razor and tore into the wire harness. Fuckin corroded crimp connector. Same shit as the TSB nissan released on the KA24E harness.

For the VG30i guys, the three crimps in the harness are in the “T” section of the harness where it runs down the passenger valve cover down to the power steering/headlight area. It is almost directly above the passenger cam cover.

Also had a prong push out of the tps connector, so yeah that made her one mad bitch. I also changed the intake coolant temp sensor. The new one wasn’t working, so I used the one off the gray truck. Now the gauge is working.

Got the oil and filter changed. I drained the summer air from the tires, replaced it with the correct weight of winter air. I'm hoping my MPG goes up a little, time will tell.
