Red face 25” tire rubbing

So I just put pintos on the front with new bigger brakes and when I turned the wheel it crushed into the fender. Well that was a27” diameter tire. On a 15x7 rim. So I drove it slowly and got new tires. They’re 25” tires but if I hit a hard bump or dip it rubs the wheel well towards the engine bay firewall side. (Passenger tire) I believe there’s like 2/4 threads showing on the torsion bar.
Is this a common thing for anyone and should I worry about it.

It's not too big an issue, but if it bothers you you could cut down the bump stops and replace them. I'm thinking of putting a bump stop spacer on the shock shaft and see how that goes.
