Default Hey guys, new hardbody owner in Northern Colorado

Hey all,
Just bought a 1993 Hardbody from the original owner, never even been out of my town (Fort Collins, CO). Pretty cool little truck. Just going to be using it around town for work, moving stuff to my warehouse. It's a 2WD, 5 speed, runs and drives great. Here's a few pics.

Does it look like it's lifted at all? The seller didn't mention it, but I think it looks like it's slightly lifted.

See you all around!

There's also a crease in the driver side front fender, prevents the door from fully opening. Think I can pop this out? Or does the fender need to be replaced?
