Hesitation in no power - Infamous Nissan

Hey guys my name is Paul. So i have a 1986.5 D21 2.4
Its got a bad throttle hesitation and no power, put new fuel pump, fuel filter, checked fuel pressure regulator is good. Any ideas on what it would be?

Check your timing. That would be my first thing to do.

I'll guess clogged cat. But do a major tune up (plugs, wires, air filter, upsteam O2 sensor, {timing,} etc.) anyway, if not already done.

After, is the bogging-down at all engine temperatures and driving speeds? If not, when?

Try cleaning the inside of the throttle body, especially the edge of the butterfly. Bad plug wires will cause a lack of power, is this the Z24 engine with 8 plugs?

Has anything been done recently? was it running OK before and than started to have low power? If so what was done?

Need more info.

Yes this is the Z24 8 plug.
So it started losing power and throttle stutter started about 6 months ago. I've literally replaced everything on the and in the motor sence. throttle body has been ripped apart cleaned new gaskets. The only thing i have not done is the O2 sensor. Or checked the codes, thats next
