2 options
1. cut holes in the door panels to mount the speakers
2. find door panels that have speakers already

This will give you an idea where the speakers are...

Are those door panels stock?

Probably SE panels. Very similar to mine except mine are manual windows and have leather just below the window with chrome steel trim and a different weave between the trim and the arm rest.

Those things are nice. Way better looking than the ones in my base model.

The door panels are from a 94 Pathy XE or SE, 4 door. 2 doors are a lot different. I was going to add power to the rear 1/4 windows but didn't want to cut up the rear cab at the time. Maybe some time later after the truck has been up and running for a while.

It didn't come with front speakers from the factory. I want to add them, but I don't see where they're supposed to go on the door panel. Would I need to cut a hole in the panel? Are they supposed to go behind that grill in the door? It looks like they are wired to accept speakers because there is a wire harness leading from the cab to the door and I don't have power windows, locks, etc anything else that would warrant that harness being there.

Also, what size are the front speakers? Any recommendations? Thanks!

Here are a couple pics of my door panel:

I have the factory grille that match those door panels. The panels have the location perforated into the backs already for easy removal. The holes in the doors are already there. If you need factory metal speaker mounting trim rings, I have those as well.

Question on wiring those power windows. I picked up the same Pathfinder door panels for truck, both a year 95. I don't see any wiring harness in the truck to connect to. Did you have to wire your own harnesses etc for the power windows?
