Default Faulty equipment

So I was drilling holes in my bump stops like described in the shocks thread, and when I was doing this the drill bit snapped in the bump stop. How should I try to get it out? There's some stickin out but grabbing it and yankin on it did not get it out. Thank you ahead of time for the help.
