Unhappy HELP !!! Brand new battery no power to truck please help me!

Ok heres the deal i have a 1986 d21 hardbody 4x4 with the 2.4 5 speed 4x4 and i have no power at all no lights no interior power nothing from the entire truck i did a little testing but i have no clue i got good ground im getting power to the main relay everything i have checked so far has lit up on my test light i just put a new interstate mt24 battery in it because i bought this truck with this issue im thinking the previous owner had crossed the terminals but i dont see anything burnt anyone who can help me would be much appriciated thank you very much !

They're all at the battery on the positive terminal. They look like wire.

Im getting power going into the starter but nothing out all my relays i tested and they all click

Hi Tonka.
The ECU has no starter inhibit, so likely not the problem.
If I were you I would verify that you have power on the car side of EACH one of the fusible links, her is a basic picture of what you are looking for : https://goo.gl/images/vaAnCp
IF you find one or more of those that do not have voltage, replace them. If there is power on all of the outputs from the fusible links you will then need to start testing the relays, harness and all the fuses. I suspect that this is where your problem exists.
