Try taking the bolt and washer off the end and grease the face of the bushing. I got an 8oz tub of the es grease for $14 of amazon. More than I will ever use in my life, but amazing stuff.

I put anti seize one the torsion bar splines when I installed them.

I was thinking of the cross member too as I replaced one of the bolts a while back when I added the ground to the starter bolt.

A loaner balljoint press from a parts store might pop them out easy enough. Maybe they'd come out on their own, but I'm with everyone else, probably easier to press them.

Spare set from a junkyard works too I guess.

poly bushings tend to have a shoulder so you have to drive them outwards. you cant pull or push them through. at least on control arms
