Default Riddle Me This

Hi all - working on the brakes and I wanted to see how observant and familiar with disc brakes everyone was with this little quiz.

Can you tell me what is wrong with this picture?
PM me so the first observant or lucky person does not give it away, will past the answer after a bit.

Believe it or not, it fits in quite nice, too nice actually. I was flabbergasted, but glad I didn't have to replace the caliper.

Correct, but when I saw the uneven wear on the pads, the caliper was my first thought.
