Default Injector circuit and knock sensor code troubleshooting

Recently purchased a 95 SE V6 4X4 that keeps throwing 51 and 23 codes. Can someone please give me a step by step on troubleshooting these problems? I have looked at other threads in the forum and I'm unable to OHM out and check resistance at the injector harness. I've inspected all the connections and cleaned all those that are accessible with contact cleaner and nothing has changed. Injectors under the manifold are my guess or the harness itself. When I unplug the three injectors that are easy to reach there is no change in the way the engine reacts. The engine is really running rough especially under throttle at low RPM's. Great forum - thanks in advance.

Has this truck sat for any lenght of time? Could be bad injectors. I've got a complete set of good ones for sale.

Update. Swapped the fuel filter last night and cleared the codes. Have 50 miles without any codes. Also found a large wiring harness in contact with the manifold. Think I got it moved before any damage was done. Thanks for the help
