So after my blower started making leaf noise again it was time to go back under the dash and open the evap box, now I know why my blower filled with leaves after being cleaned out the first time.

At first I though I would find something looking back at me !

Removed the cowl and found even more debris collected over the last 22 years.

After getting everything vacumned out I also sprayed the inside of the cowl with a rust encapsulator as best I could. I than covered the openings with screen, put the cowl, wipers and covers back on. I don't think I will have that problem again.
My A/C is now quieter than ever and blowing colder than before.
Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for the pic fix I will give them a try.

I did not remove the box just vacuumed it out, I could not get around to the back. I assume it has some more clips in the back and did not want to get in over my head.

yeah it has clips all around. and if it blows better now, the difference would be exponential if you evac'd the system and installed a new expansion valve and evap. its not hard to do. just search, i have posted the detailed instructions on how to remove the cooler box a few times. they might even be in tonys thread when he replaced his core and valve.
