Yes I work for SMP that own Hayden - great company and we (IMHO) do a terrible job of promoting it. Great cooler, cheap and effective!
so should i put that into the upper or lower line?
and i hear ya thanks for the lead i need a fix , we sell both SMP and hayden stuff at work.

More differences found.
I am sure this is nothing new but I finally sat down with the stock 240sx cam and stock 4cyl d21 cam specs from the FSM and found the difference I have been looking for. Valve lift. While every other dimension between the two is exactly the same the 240sx has a 10.4mm valve lift versus the d21 at 9.86mm. So yes the 240 cam will wake up your KA powered D21 slightly if you find one online or in a junk yard car...which I happen to have and will be trying out really soon.

The 240 cam wakes up your top end. Lose a little on low end but worth it in my opinion. Mine seems to like stretching her legs after the cam swap.

When I first did the 5 spd swap I had the auto rear. Truck was stupid quick but not a good highway cruiser.

Foulmouth you forgot, 1 sticker of that rice burner shit adds 10 hp. Don't forget to weld the diff together so you have a full rear peel and have to replace tires even more often.
