Default Floor jack thread

I need a new floor jack, my Craftsman 2.5 ton I bought back in 1993 finally will no longer stay up. Looking for opinions on other floor jacks you all are using, and prices.

Found a site online that sells seal kits but they don't have one listed for mine.

Looking for a 2.5-3 ton would like to stay around the $100 price range.

Thanks

Harbor Freight has decent jacks in that price range. I've had one for years and it's held up great.

Think I am going to go for the one Costco sells, 3 ton aluminum/steel combo for $100 or less. Soon as I find someone local that has a Costco membership

i think you can go in, and buy a gift card at customer service and use it without a membership. just pay cash for the gift card.

i swear thats their policy so you dont have to be a member to use it. and nif thats the case you can just buy a gift card for yourself.

I just bought a 3 ton low profile jack at harbor freight for 85. It's collapses down to 2 7/8". Raises to almost 20". Works great on the Nissan. And the wife's teggy. Worth every penny.
