Thanks guys....I am working on converting my split bench seat into a bucket, and then I will build a console that goes between the seats. I have a pretty good idea about how to encompass it around the stick shift.

Thanks. I use automotive carpet that is backless. Conforms very well around corners whether rounded or fairly sharp. Yes it can be used for door panels etc. However not for high traffic areas such as the floor. You need a carpet with some sort of backing to provide the stiffness needed for durability.

im not near that cool but i yanked one from a subi forrester and wired it up... the storage isnt much at all but it gives me map lights, a clock and somewhere to put my phone and wallet...
