this is the only thing keeping me from z-ing mine. I want to be able to pull the trans easily if I have to.

Its kinda tight now between bell housing and the body about 1 1/2"

Anyway Truck looks great! The Frontiers are a just mini Titans when it comes to the frame and suspension. So I too am looking to Z and section the frame possibly. I don't think Alec had any major issues with his z.

He made his own knuckles, upper and lower arms, and moved the upper arm mounts down. I don't think his z was 2 1/2, I think it was less but I do not remember. He did section some of the frame how much I am unsure. He just said he got your number.
