the story on this is an older guy in his mid to late 60s owned this truck. he had advanced alzheimer's and left GA and ended up in north carolina somewhere. his family found him and got the truck back, and disabled it some how.

i did find spark plugs and a distrib cap and rotor button in the truck, so someone has been working on it here and there. it needs a battery, but he said it spins over and sparks, but wont fire. the fuel pump relay was pulled and it was under the hood laying in the relay box cover.

the guy i got it from clearly admitted he knows nothing about these nissans, so as soon as i get a battery in it and pull the codes, i will know whats wrong.

and i will go from there and keep the thread updated.

what amazes me is the dash. it has one crack in it that isnt seen in the pictures. it is not even warped.

also found the OEM stereo in the floor under the air cleaner box. and thank god who ever took it out didnt cut the trucks wire harness. that was another surprise.

I'm so glad one of this group got that truck.

I was worried he was going to take it to the scrap yard.

Good job, Rob.
