Thanks, I wiped it down with Mothers Showtime before I took the pics. Now I have to figure out how the water got in.

re-installed the radio/hvac and gauge cluster bezels, cleaned the lighter after this pic was taken, looks better than they were, ash tray doesn't match the bezel, I painted the metal piece above the ash tray with gloss black, all I had last night, came out good. Was all rusty before.

The plastic pocket under the radio is broken but I'll be removing it when I install my Autometer gauges there (if they fit):

Small steps for now until I can get to a junkyard:

radio/hvac bezel after plastic polish, radio installed in proper location ( not sticking out 1/2 inch like it was):

gauge cluster bezel after polish, previously polished the clear cover on the gauges:

Need to replace the plastic in the recessed area where the warning lights would go if the truck had them:

swapped the fenders to 4x4 fenders, they are almost perfect, and are the color the truck should be, need to remove the stripes and give them a coat of pre-cleaner and wax, need to find a bumper now pics below:

Man those fenders sure look nice. Good j/y find. I also like the wheels a lot. I been trying to find some by me, only thing is everyone wants BIG money for them. I found some 18" chrome Eskies on cl but am cautious because dude only wants 100.00 for all four with new tires.

Thanks, Sorrento is about 20 minutes North of Orlando.

The titan wheels were on the truck when I bought it, the PO had them powder coated.

Been meaning to hit the junkyards for a while but my bad knee was holding me from going, finally starting to feel better and am off the crutches so decided to go, plus my buddy (also driver !) needed parts for his son's Ford Fusion so he went with me.

My wife said the fenders look good, I told her I should have grabbed the doors too than more of the truck would match !! LOL

Just spoke to my tow truck driver to have truck picked up Weds, truck is heading to my mech buddies shop and than the engine and other mech, work will get taken care of and hopefully I will be able to drive it soon.

Gotcha I go to Orlando here and there. Some family and friends live up there. It seems hard to find Hardbodys in the u-pull-it down here but I need to try my luck. Maybe this weekend if I come up on extra time. I know West Palm junkyards have around 7-10 in one JY alone cause My buddy was there recently and took a picture of the line up and sent me it.

Well the U-pull-and-pay junkyards show what they have at each location online, and you can search on LKQ to see what was added recently.

That's the nice thing about the hardbody, we can use parts from the pathfinder too ( at least from the front to the rear of the front doors)

Not many of either at the 3 junk yards I went too, there are a bunch of other yards around here but most don't let you pull your own parts.

5 trucks (one frontier, and 1 pathfinder) at the one other JY I didn't go too, may have to hit it up this weekend.

No hardbody's at the West Palm u pull and pay, but 3 pathfinders

At the Ft. Lauderdale LKQ 5 pathfinders 1 HB and 1 frontier

Called my dad to wish him a Happy Fathers day this afternoon and he asked about my "new" truck, was telling him about it and the engine problems and he offered to send me money for a new engine ! I told him no, he's done enough for me. Thought it was nice of him to offer though.

I think I like the stock color ( front fenders), was going to paint the truck a bright red but may keep it the stock color.
