Default 97 obd2 ka24 sensor question. wrong plugs switched

i replaced all the intake gaskets.
bypass coolant to TB.
removed all the emission stuff.

truck upon starting has a seizure and freaks out.
idle really high then stumbles to die or way out of wack.

SO. i would like to know what actual sensors for this truck are MANDATORY to run right?

map sensor
TPS
primary o2
engine coolant temp (ECT)
crank or cam sensor in the dizzy

the air box ontop has the AIT??? i think have this plugged into the wrong one. i plugged it into something on far passenger side. but theres a same plug between TB and injectors. il try it today.

anyone have a diagram? i unplugged the vacuum pump junk and evap selonoids before and it ran fine.

I've checked all the sensors that are needed in they are plugged in and clean I have both grounds fuel lines are on the right spots double-checked.
It stumbles on its face and dies I think it has a vacuum leak but I have new gaskets and everything is super tight
It's not fuel related it's running rich

Grab some starter fluid and spray a little around. This will at least give you an idea where to start.

Check the vacuum lines. There are quite few that are metered air. By this, I mean, the MAF reads something and tells the ECM what the other sensors need to be for the running engine. If you have air sucking in somewhere it will run like crap because there is too much air.

in my careless adventure of ripping things out.
I got an obd2 reader.
6 codes. a bunch for emissions junk...

2 for map sensor....I think I might have pulled that out...which would make it run like crap.

does this ka24 have a MAF or Map???? or both.
on the TB is a MAF if I recall correctly..

map sensor is on the psnger fender well??..I unplugged that and threw it away thought it was a part of all that evap junk since theres a maf

anyone got a map sensor laying around?????????????????

Still no go. all gaskets are good. All necessary sensors are plugged in.
My check engine lights are for evap purge solenoid SCV and map sensor. With all the reading it says that none of these are necessary for the motor to run

97 does have a MAF sensor. Its in the t-body, looking from the top is the 3/8" size hole on the pass. side of the throat. 3 screw hold it on the pass. side of the t-body.

What were the codes you got? IIRC, you start with the 1st code, not necessarily the lowest code.
