Smile last chance

got this truck after searching for months
in Omaha NE.
no rust anywhere except bed fenders. easy fix.
brought it home, took topper off and cleaned interior real good.





I have an AC/DC TIG machine on the way.
laundry list of things to do....
will post about every 3-4 days.

(every build starts with ugly pics )
had a few minutes yesterday.
cut this junk off.
got a pic of the bottom.
removing EVAP junk. and spare tire stuff.
when I move il get the bed off to chop and repaint under bed area.
2moro grinding down rust and fiberglassing. then por15 then bedliner





bought 3" drop leafs for now.
will loosen bars
needs new shocks bad. not sure what drop shocks to get.
wink mirror and steering hub adapter for a good steerng wheel

is that 2wd or 4wd quest? I tried to read the sticky but it didn't say. lots of scattered info in the thread. I remember the old truck I had used pintos or sumthign

Don't forget the astro. Technically it's AWD but mechanically it's set up like a 4WD truck. Same with the aerostar mentioned above.
