Default Ported box in my king cab D21

With the right box you can make even $35 each subwoofers sound like they cost a lot. 1.5/1.4 Cu ft per chamber, $11 5 ft tube of schedule 40 PVC from Lowe's to tune each chamber to 33-35hz (tuning is in that range due to displacement).

Hi KrAv,
True story. I cant see your pic but,if the subs will handle the power your amp is making, the box is the single most important aspect of the build. I had a pair of $40 12s in my car on a 300 watt amp meter 148 legal on the windshield in DbDrag racing a few years ago, strictly due to the enclosure they were in.

When I get super motivated (very rare event recently) this (2 Sundown SA-15's and a Sundown SCV-2000D) will be going in to replace the cheap hifonics (4 12's and an Autotek Amp for those that can't see the above picture):
