Default Door panels

Just wondered what you all have done with your door panels.
My arm rest are torn and the panel itself has seen better days.
Pics would be great.

Default Inner door squeegee

I ordered weatherstrip for inner door for my 93 d21 kingcab. 8083505G00. They are nothing like what is on the door panel. They are a bit like the outer weatherstrip. Has anybody had success replacing these? I ordered from Nissan dealership, using Nissan door diagram, but as fragile as the door panels are, I want to make sure I know what I am doing before I start. Help!
