Default So like, what else fits?

I see that Pathfinder seats or anything that came out of a D21 will bolt up, but do any other Nissan seats direct fit? Cheap cars are cheap because they're easy to build, usually by using parts across the lines.

Do any Sentra seats fit? Stanza? Altima?

Nope, not without fabrication of some sort.

Pathfinders from 1987-1995 are direct fit. As well as 1986.5-1997 Hardbody king cabs. Se trucks and Pathfinders had the nicer seats with lumbar dial on driver side and the bolsters. Driver seat also had the base tilt up and down for more comfortable driving.

That sounds very nice, and comfortable.

Is it possible to take other seats and mount them to the factory seat rails?

I wouldn’t count on anything being extremely easy to swap in. You might get lucky but I would expect that you’ll have to drill some holes or something. If you can weld you should be able to make most stuff from a smaller vehicle work without too much hassle.
