The windows pretty much wire into the window amp box. I found it easier to just use relays for the door locks.

Grabbed the pigtails, but left the latches because I only brought a handful of tools in with me so as to not be lugging a heavy tool bag in this heat, and, like an asshole, no 10mm. Too hot to make an extra trip back to get it for such a common part, so I said fuggit.

Did walk in with an appropriate wrench to get a good 150A alternator from a Quest, and found what looked to be a good one. Relatively clean in a dirty ass engine bay, so apparently had been changed fairly recently (hopefully).

Can anyone identify the unused harnesses in the pics I posted early this morning? If this truck is pre-wired for cruise control that's something I'd like to install also. I'm guessing a CC actuator for this variant of KA will probably be hard AF to find unless it's shared with another platform.

Can you get wire colors on those two white plugs? One of the wires in the 6 position one appears to be a instrument illumination wire (pink).
The bottom picture almost looks like a resistor pack.

I actually put my amp behind the instrument cluster just to make wiring easier.
111 degrees? At least the humidity's low. Been upper 90s in Carolinas with 80% humidity. Yuck.

Edit: How long are those harnesses? That could be the plugs for power mirror and cruise control. Those are part of the cluster harness that hooks into the SMJ.

I was thinking that it looked like the plugs for the power mirror and CC button in the Pathfinder. I'll dig around a bit more within the week and see what I can figure out.

The heat index in the upper 90s is prolly pretty close to 105-110F at 80% humidity. I'm from Houston originally. Don't miss that swamp air at all.

Checked harnesses today on 2 Pathys - small plug IS cruise, but mirror switch didn't have a divided plug like yours. Hector even has that cruise switch plug, and he's a 86.5 Z24i manual.

Let me consult my FSM and see if I get any clues.
Houston? Spent 8 months in Odessa. Too much hot, too little water, too little green, and WAY too few trees.
