Well since I put the 97 block in with the 90 components, I had to redo all the hoses. Me and Jimmy726 done it over the phone, I misunderstood him and had the radiator hoses backwards and bypassed the heater coil for now!

When I did the swap from my 91 to the 97. I got confused as to where the radiator hoses went as well. I put them how my Z24 was. Boy was that wrong.

If the water pump was bad, they normally leak out the weep hole.
Does the truck make a squeal when you start it up cold?

Rad could still be plugged even tho you flushed out with water... Hard crap gets stuck in there and wont come out with a regular flush.. A rad shop needs to rott it out.. Or you might have a air in the system??

The Ka's have a bleeder bolt up front on the intake manifold. When you top off the radiator, take out the bleeder bolt and when the water comes out of it, then tighten the bleeder bolt up.
