Some kits add torsion bars to stiffen up your spring rate. The factory bars are weak and "squishy" and these aftermarket bars will stiffen up your ride. They both do exactly the same thing, you can get 3" of lift with both sets of torsion bars.

Body lift is pretty easy to install, like I said 1" or 2" is less work than a 3". Most body lift kits will come with instructions as to where everything goes and there are write-ups you can follow to do the work yourself
