nice - I had a katana as my first bike... great choice! they are a little on the dated side in both looks and mechanics but if your fast on a kat you can be fast on anything

I would setup the suspension for your weight (correct springs, droop etc), get 1" longer dog bones for the rear, drop the forks .5-ish" in the triples, go -1 on the front sprocket, get a decent slip-on, sticky rubber, aggressive brake pads and steel braided lines... then ride the wheels off it
