1 - get a wheel alignment
2 - see above
3 - steering stops of front wheel knuckles, designed to prevent the wheel from turning to far left or right, they look like bolts that stick out and make contact with metal brackets when you do a full lock turn, put heavy grease on the bolt heads to prevent the noise, later trucks came with plastic caps for the bolt heads, you can add them if yours doesn't have them, than grease the caps.
4 - could be a frozen brake caliper
5 - replace power steering pump
