If your stock rims are 14", I am assuming it is 2wd. the truck in the photo is a 4x4 version. The frame and suspension is very different on those.
You might be able to crank the torsion bars and add taller shackles for a slight lift. I'm sure that's been done.

Considering price and availability these days, you might want to jump up to a 17" rim while being mindful of the outer diameter. Keep it close to stock diameter for the sake of your speedometer, gearing, and the appearance of more lift. If you lift, AND go with bigger tires, you loose the look of the lift, and have to lift it MORE. (It's a vicious cycle)
