The rays/nismo and AR's are pretty much it... everything else is big gaudy mall crawler wheels

Does the radiator fit under the core...

Does the radiator fit under the core support/leave enough room between pulleys, have room for a fan (shrouded puller is your best bet), and have the rad fill as the highest point in the cooling...

Pretty much - be sure the rad cap is the high point of the cooling system (level or front end elevated)

I use the bleed screw while its running as well. Crack it a few times until it runs out...

Privman - just a hot tank and hone on the block, somehow managed to break a ring land and not take out the cylinder... Head got a hot tank, minor minor deck, and valve job - totally stock rebuild....

Personally... wouldn't replace anything that didn't need it ;)

Tear it down to the block, get a machine shop to look over the internals. If you can get away with a hone and reusing the OE rotating...

Sounds to me the engine is pretty well worn across the board - can't see the throttle blades dropping 30-40psi+ off the test, indicating just an overall tired engine - you would probably see similar...
