The Nissan GL4 is what you need in the manual transmission. Any GL4, in fact. Do NOT put in anything that says it surpasses or is better than GL4.

GL4 works because of it's low sulfur content....

Yeah, the rings are not going to be accessible when you have the head off.

To get to the rings, you have to open the engine from the bottom and pull the crankshaft. That's a whole different job.
