1994 Fuel Pump

For a 1994 Hardbody, regular cab, KA24E engine, Standard, rear wheel drive. Do you need to remove the gas tank to replace the fuel pump or is there an access plate?

The fun thing about the Canadian model. In 1996 the US did not use the V6 engine in the D21, but in Canada they did. Because nothing is easy in Canada it looks like they used the 1995 V6 engine setup...
