These trucks don't get any benefit from anything above 87 unless you boost them. Mine gets about 1-2mpg better with 0% ethanol than it gets with 10% ethanol.

Puller is definitely the way to go. I couldn't find one with M6 bolts included so I had to rig up my own with some really long M6 grade 8 bolts and some grade 8 fender washers.
