The part where it comes up vertically is pushed in from what I'm assuming is a front end collision. The bolt holes don't line up slightly with the brush guard. And there are a total of 4 bolts going...

Maybe I'm ignorant but I paid $50 for a new pair of headlights with halo's on em. So I think $20-40 would be fair for 26 year old 2 x 8in fog lamps.
