OK so I flip the key to on and the pressure goes up to 37 as the pump turns on but right after it drops to 0. That's due to the ruptured diaphragm right? Then as I crank it takes a while to start....

Fuel Pressure Regulators

Are they interchangeable? 86-89, 90-94 and 95-97 are all different in the direction the fuel line and vacuum line face. Do they all work at 37psi? Any input is greatly appreciated! :)
