They wouldn't have patched the fuel line afterward though unless they planned on putting the relay back too and forgot. So the owner of the vehicles goes on not knowing and they can do it again.

Those belt squeal issues can be a PITA. does your belt sequel get worse when you turn on the AC? Identify the right belt and pulley and tighten it until it goes away or your burn out the bearing :)
