Your idle is way low according to that data. Check timing. Idle may come up with advanced timing. I believe the KA is 10BTDC.

That doesn't seem right. Granted, my truck is a V6 but had no problem cruising 100+. I assume you're is 4cyl. Even so it should make about as much power as the VG30i did.

Somewhere I read the quest van had a different snout. I cannot confirm that though.

Pipe plug? There is a problem. Pipe threads are tapered and have a different pitch. The oil pan plug is metric and strait thread.

That sounds like the plastic drive piece. We have a repair sticky on it. I didnt have much luck repairing mine and those pieces can be very difficult to find so I ended up epoxying mine on the cable.
