Same here. I heard that the chain stretched out over those 100k miles and retarded timing a wee bit and when you reset everything, you'd get more OOMPH out of it.

I can't remember. The cork gaskets on top are oil pump, the main "O" seen is the timing cover crankshaft seal and out of the 3 on the bottom, the right 2 were the ones I used in those holes I circled...

If it's new, you should be fine, the tensioner...

If it's new, you should be fine, the tensioner isn't applying any tension yet. just make sure you pulled the thumbtack looking thing that holds the spring in.
