If you can find a nice, used throttle body, all of the parts on it, including the fuel pressure regulator, would be good to keep on hand. All of the throttle body parts are hard/impossible to find.

Try cleaning the MAF with MAF cleaner from the auto parts store and making sure that the wires all make good contact.
