It won’t hurt anything to remove it all. Personally, I wouldn’t bother removing the evaporator inside the cab. That’s liable to take a while.

If you like it, buy it. The price is good, the mileage isn’t bad at all. Like Caddi said, ask about the timing belt. That is the life of the VG30. My dad’s 95 VG30 has 380k and counting.
