Exhaust whistle

Got a 2000 D22 double cab, TD27 diesel, 5 Spd manual That I have fitted a factory turbo to.
Been going great. Heaps more grunt etc.
Itís just started to whistle out the end of the exhaust pipe....

I’ve just fitted a 10” sub behind the rear seats in my double cab in a sealed enclosure at the correct volume and it’s like being punched in the back...

I’m picking there is an issue with that particular circuit.

Master cylinder not returning far enough to relieve pressure? If it’s too long it may just build pressure with every press of the pedal and not come far enough back to relieve it: try shortening it...

Pretty standard really. I’ve only lowered it 2” as it’s my daily driver.
I put blocks in the rear and wound down the torsion bars but it’s pretty hard riding now.
Might have to go the drop spindle...
