if you use a flat blade screw driver inserted in one side, you should be able to knock out the opposite side..at least thats what my peanut is thinking.. I have not done mine sooooo what do I know

they show the electric part of the ignition switch separate (for AT) might check the switch..(48750-0M010)
did he replace all 4 02's ? or just the up stream? I had a down stream 02 go out on me,...

try switching 02 sensors (b1 to b2) and see if...

they show the decal separate for the Z24 but not KA.. try "auto data labels" they may require a pic but they maybe able to reproduce it for you, not sure what they charge..

did you replace the injector style connector? (2 pin, square) that is the one that feeds the ecu, the single spade feeds the gauge, you also have a air temp sensor that mounts underneath the air...
