Are you sure you got the right rotors? You need a v6 hardbody rotors to fit the truck hub. Not sure if a 2wd pathy rotor will fit. Alot of the pathfinders had 4x4 also.

Mount the hub to one of the wheels. Then use a breaker bar or piece of pipe to break them loose. Easiest way I have found.

Did you clean out the oil port for the tensioner? How about the 2 seals for the ports on the front cover. Sounds like an oiling issue and the tensioner works of oil pressure.

Sounds more like lifters than the chain to me. Pop the cover and see if there is slack in the chain. Also check your lifter for play.

I disagree with that. Most people just slam the shit out of an old, clapped out suspension. With a little research and time you can have a nice handling lowered truck. It can be done.

Watch mr. jim's youtube videos about the timing chain to find the size to make the wedge. Zip tie the chain to the cam sprocket. And clean, clean, and clean some more.
