Try swapping those hubs. And definitely check that bushing. My least favorite bushing on these trucks. My left one has worn out in just a couple years... It should be aligned straight thru the frame...

Is it possible this only happens when turning? There are two "ramps" on each lower control arm that interact with the steering stops, and they can make some awful noises. I grease mine regularly...

The throttle valve is a separate component from the swirl control valve. It looks like it is in the intake manifold near the cylinder head. Can you operate that by hand or confirm its position?
