UPDATE:

I removed the door panel and I was able to flip the latch over with a screw driver to get the door open, but as soon as the door is closed again the door stays locked.

These door locks...

I never lock my doors. Stick shift is enough anti-theft nowadays where I'm at.
My wife had locked the doors after doing something with the truck and it has sat since.

Instead, I elected to replace the valve body and the input shaft nut on my Saturn.

I'll get to the Nissan this weekend.

I know all of the linkages...

Update: I peeled back the weather stripping....

Update:
I peeled back the weather stripping. Everything looked in tact. I tried using a solid steel rod about .185" in diameter that I bent to try to move the locking mechanism.
No luck.

Doors Stuck in Locked Position

Any advice from my Hardbody veterans?

Both of my doors are stuck locked. I can't pull up on the knob to unlock doors. Key isn't unlocking the door. I think part of the mechanism is broken somehow....

I had my blower motor stop working on me this past winter.
I simply took it out, gave it a half-assed cleaning with a shop-vac and a rag, reassembled it and it worked better than before.

I welded in frame repairs in front of the driver's side leaf spring last week.
