I can't really give a clear answer for that. Rockauto and cobra transmission parts come to mind, but I'm sure there are others. Whoever you end up buying it from make sure to get a good kit with...

Found out the fancy new scan tool isn't able to interface with the ECU since the connector on the truck is different than the adapter that comes with the tool. No biggie, that would have just been...

Power on and your foot on the brake. The engine doesn't have to be running. If you do need to move it there should be a little plastic cover by the gear shift. A lot of the time it's right by the...

It's not too bad, just time-consuming. You'll need a press for it. Those inserts are there to keep the shift collars from sliding back once you've selected whatever gear you want to be in. 1-2,...

Shifting inserts. They are spring loaded and sit inside the shift collars. Are there any gears that don't stay in by themselves?

I would think so. The KA24E and DE use the same flywheel and both use slightly different variations of the FS5W71C transmission. Even then you should be able to find a replacement clutch pretty...

Right on man. My first car was a beater 1992 Accord DX, 4 door 5 speed. I never created an account there but honda-tech was an incredibly useful resource when I was a broke 20 year old with limited...

What Mytmouz said. I was going to reply with a couple of ideas but I can't top that.

It distributes more of the braking force to the rear brakes when there's a load in the back. Not all D21s have one either. Mine does not but I've seen them on otherwise identical trucks. Go figure.

I probably would. If you're replacing the master and slave it's also a great time to bypass the clutch dampener since you'll have to bleed the system either way. I paid ~$150 for the whole shebang...

I can confirm it. Mine fits that description and is very much a base model. The official designation is "E" but there's nothing anywhere on the truck itself to denote the trim level.
