The ecu could be laying in the bed of the truck and it wouldn't cause the issues with the lights and all that you describe in your first post. You need to look at how the fusible links are connected...

Yeah, line up the dots on one cam and run a zip tie through the hole on the cam gear. Line up the other cam and tie it. Then get the crank lined up.

I use zip ties to hold the belt in place too....

I use zip ties to hold the belt in place too. Saves the frustration of it slipping off and really pissing me off lol
