well guys everyone thats been on here probably knows i've been debating on paintin my truck for a long time now, and i think i've finally came to settle with one idea. the question here is do you guys think i should paint the truck or go with the factory emerald green that it already is and just keep it clean?
heres the colors and kinda the design i was debating. its HOK Lapis blue and Orion silver, now this is done with a air brush and rattle can clear so it doesnt look the best but gives u an idea.

both If you like the green and it is still clean, and you like the flame design then use it on your truck pick a nice color that goes with the green and 2-tone it green and ???? separated by the flame design

I am indeed a sucker for HOK orion silver...
very nice design w/ the blue and silver flame, i like it alot
but as ryan said if you like the green, and like the flame idea, it will be ALOT less work to do it green and another color, you wont have to worry about door jambs, underhood, ect.

if you dont mind repainting the whole truck (doorjams, engin bay, underhood...) that the buer and silver looks killer.

i like the design and the colors, looks good. but like mentioned, you could always go with the green and another color, say...white and keep that design. i like the green and white combo, personally.

i think if you go ahead and really put the hard work into painting the whole thing it would look killer...the blue and silver are badass, nice work.

Like everyone as stated blue and silver u gotta jamb it, but if u ask me the stock green would look good with the silver jus reshoot the green with a little flake to accent the silver and do a nice sunkist orange pinstriping to break up the two colors and add that extra little "POP" to it

little off topic but is it true that HOK has no UV protection? I read that a while back, and I live in FL...
i say go for it. and pinstripe the graphic in like a thin green

umm i have no clue about that, never heard bout it. we used HOK all the time at a shop i worked at 2 years ago and have never had any probs with it at all, from my experience its been a great paint, very good quality, i actually just painted my gf's mirrors on her car today with HOK white and it turned out good
