any 12v source to the reds, and ground to the blacks
you could hook up the blue bulb power to your turn signal power wire on either side so they blink with your turn signals, or you could wire them into the parking lamp power wire so they are always on when the lights are on
same goes for the halo power wires
personally, i would probably wire both the halo and blue bulbs together, then tap that into the parking lamp power wire on that side, then do the same on the other side, that way if you only turn your headlight switch on halfway for parking lamps only the halos and blue bulbs would be on, but then they would stay on if you clicked it once more for headlights
i kind of like those lights except for one thing, they use H4 bulbs which are not really common these days, i dont know why these china headlight makers keep using H4's.....if they would make it so it would accept a 9007 bulb you would have so many more choices in bulb type and brand and you can get a 9007 bulb anywhere...
im glad i found this though, didnt know they were making 4x6 housings to replace sealed beams, when my Silverstar sealed beams go out i will be looking for something similar, heck, they aren't any more expensive than a Silverstar sealed beam either! :)

just wire them into your parking lights or fog lights if you have them.
