then pathy axle wont work

you can get an LSD for your axle however...

Not sure which rear axle you have

you mean it wont bolt in? lol!

Find a v6 pickup any built aft 4/87 came with an LSD option. Then use the pathy disc brake setup on that. You can also buy the lsd option above for your current axle and swap the pathy discs onto your rear end. BTW powerbrute makes a much more inexpensive unit that works just the same.
peace.

I know it's a long way away- (southern California) But I've got a full rear-end from a Desert Runner with an LSD and larger drums. I think it's an inch or two wider, and the spring perches are in a slightly different location, but it would be a relatively simple bolt in. You'd have to modify your driveshaft flange, e-brake cable, and spring mounts slightly to get them to mate up, but it's a much beefier rear end!
If you're interested, let me know.

I think i read about this a long time ago as i want to do the same. You need the rear axel with lsd and disk brakes from a pathfinder then the rear housing from a v6 2wd truck you can take the insides and splined shaftes / brakes from a the pathy and put them in the truck axel and its ready to go.

you can do this to an h190 as well(not the lsd though). The pathy axle isn't that hard to do its just alot of grinding and a little welding, plus the custom driveshaft. It took me a few hours to clean the axle up and about 30 minutes to mock up the new perches and weld them. peace.
