Ok...so I haven't had a lot of time to mess around with my HB since I bought it. But there used to be a remote start system on it and was removed in a highly unprofessional manor, meaning the wiring it just hangin there. I was in the process of moving things out of the truck and one of the wires touched the chasis and welded itself to the truck. I believe it was the wire for the starter. Now to the problem at hand...
When I turn the key, everything seems normal (gauges come on, etc) until I attempt to start the truck. I don't get any sign that I even moved the key. The battery is fine and I have not blown any fuses. So that leads me to believe that the fuseable link going to the starter could have blown. I'm not able to physically look at the truck right now, so I was just wanting to know if anyone knows the location of the link as well as any other suggestions. Thanks!
